Ramon Palanca, Jr. was born in the Philippines, finished high school in Oregon, and moved to Atlanta to attend Emory’s prestigious law school. Fascinated by the serious plights faced by the injured, Ramon eventually decided he wanted to be a part of the process and seek just remedies on behalf of the victims and their families.

After earning his undergraduate and law degrees, Ramon was sworn in as a sole practitioner for 11 years. He spent the next 11 years working for a personal injury law firm before joining Gary Martin Hays & Associates.

Ramon has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell among his legal peers and is known for his high ethical standing.
