Nick Harof was born and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia State University and his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law.
Nick has several years of experience in insurance claims handling and litigation. Prior to law school, he worked as an insurance claims adjuster, gaining practical insight into how insurers evaluate and resolve claims. After earning his law degree, he practiced insurance defense, handling litigation matters from early evaluation through trial and trying multiple cases in the courtroom.
At Gary Martin Hays & Associates, Nick now represents individuals who have been injured, drawing on his background to evaluate cases and address insurer positions.
