Our founder, attorney Gary Martin Hays, established this firm in 1993 in order to help injured people obtain the financial compensation they are entitled by law to receive.
Previously, he worked for the other side. He defended insurance companies in personal injury, product liability and wrongful death claims. He soon realized he did not want to spend his career preventing injured people from getting the compensation they deserved.
So, he took what he had learned about how insurance companies work and dedicated himself and his firm to helping people injured by negligence. Several of our attorneys have a similar background.
Over the years, our Georgia law firm has helped more than 23,000 families put their lives back together after an accident.
